The role

As Account Director, you'll own and grow Pulsar's most strategic client relationships. You'll operate at C-suite level, identifying transformation opportunities, building commercial proposals, and orchestrating Pulsar's delivery capabilities to solve complex business challenges.

What you'll do

  • Own strategic client accounts, developing and executing growth plans that expand Pulsar's footprint
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities across existing and target accounts
  • Lead complex sales cycles from discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close
  • Build relationships at C-suite and senior stakeholder level across client organisations
  • Collaborate with practice leads to shape solutions that align with client strategy and ServiceNow platform capabilities
  • Develop compelling commercial proposals and business cases
  • Manage pipeline forecasting and reporting aligned with Pulsar's growth targets
  • Represent Pulsar at industry events, roundtables, and ServiceNow ecosystem engagements

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years in enterprise sales, account management, or business development within IT consulting or professional services
  • Deep understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem — platform capabilities, partner landscape, and buyer journey
  • Proven track record of growing strategic accounts and consistently exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience selling complex, multi-workstream engagements at £250K+ deal sizes
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to build trusted advisor relationships at board level
  • Commercial acumen — experienced in building proposals, negotiating contracts, and managing P&L at account level

Nice to have

  • Existing relationships within ServiceNow's sales and alliances organisation
  • Experience selling GRC, ITSM, or HRSD solutions specifically
  • Background in a ServiceNow Elite or Premier Partner environment
  • Understanding of public sector and financial services procurement processes
